Standard on nearly all new Toyota forklifts, MyInsights is a machine monitoring solution that analyzes your material handling performance and provides key insights about your operation. It integrates seamlessly with your MyToyota Customer Portal, so you can view actionable fleet information and data analysis wherever you are, on any device. Retrofit kits are also available to add MyInsights to your older Toyota forklifts.
The standard features of MyInsights include:
- Key Hour Meter – Save time and avoid headaches by viewing the usage hours of all your lifts remotely.
- Error Codes – Real time alerts tell you when your forklifts need service or maintenance, ensuring your fleet is operational and minimizing unexpected downtime.
- Location Tracking – See the last known location of your different machines, set up geofences, and control operator access to improve asset management and security.
- Impact Detection – MyInsights uses sensors that alert you to any machine impacts, helping avoid future impacts, know when further operator training is needed, and mitigate avoidable damage.
